* Each attendee must bring a bottle of craft beer of at least 22oz or 2 x 12oz that you are proud to share with your fellow beer geeks & either a chili (any style) or a complimentary side dish.
* IMPORTANT- If you are entering a chili- Chaffing dishes covered in foil will be used to keep the different chilies hot- bring enough to fill it twice. You can purchase them for under $1 @ Smart & Final (First Street brand- 1/3 steam table disposable aluminum pan bar code: 41512 10908 ) Unfortunately there will not be space or plugs for crockpots.
*There will be glasses on hand, but it would be best to make sure to bring your own tasting glass.
* RSVP is required to make sure we know how many people will be in attendance as space is limited.
